Selena Gomez Inspired

One of the best ways to get an interior design color scheme and design is to find an image which gives you inspiration and allows you to build off it. I chose to take inspiration for this particular scheme from one of my favorite musicians Selena Gomez. Selena Gomez is down to earth, funny, vibrant, talented and beautiful her kind heart and perseverance inspire's millions every day.
The photo that I chose of Selena was a very muted earth-toned image which captured her down to earth personality as well as capturing a certain level of vulnerability and confidence. Although this photo captures Selena's more humble and vulnerable side I also wanted to showcase her fun and vibrant personality throughout the scheme.
The textiles I used for the scheme were all sourced in New Zealand and were chosen to take inspiration from the image above. The interior space created was to reflect on these elements and tie them together harmoniously.
